Cancellation Policy: When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for YOU. Please understand that missed appointments prevent us from catering to other clients in need. That said, the policy is simple: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Hi, I’m Simon — a Registered Massage Therapist with almost 6 years of experience helping people feel lighter, looser, and more connected to their bodies and provide excellence in my treatments. I studied at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, and I approach every treatment with the belief that no two bodies — or two sessions — are the same. I cater to each persons needs separately.
I offer Swedish, relaxation, fascial, and sports massage techniques. However I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point therapy, and I’ve earned a reputation for being a wizard or knot guru for being able to track down and release even the most stubborn knots.
My favourite areas to treat are the back, neck and shoulders, where so many people hold tension from stress, posture, and daily life. My goal is to create a space where you feel cared for, understood, and supported on your wellness journey.
